As for the compensation, I believe there is more to career/position than the number that flows into my bank account. Yes, we all need to make a certain amount to enjoy life, however, total compensation (bonus, stock options, 401k, benefits, etc…) is something that would flow hand in hand with the salary. Not knowing the total compensation, I would expect the position to be competitive with where I am at with my current employer. My current salary is $XXXX
