LOL, did he seriously ask this question for a senior analyst position to a guy who has done 3 years of SQL coding? Of course I knew the answer to this. In senior positions, the application of technical skills is more important than the technical skills themselves. Not that a non-technical person is fit for this, but come on, look at the candidate's experience and ask some relevant questions.
