I was quite disappointed with the interview process, for several reasons:
- There was no transparency regarding the salary range until the entire process was completed. (they follow old school algo type interviews, plus platform specifics).
- Relocation to Singapore was required, and all expenses had to be covered out of pocket. I honestly could not believe this, especially for such a large and profitable company.
- The recruiter interrupted me and spoke over me multiple times.
Perhaps some people have had good experiences, but for me, I decided not to continue because there were better alternatives available.
