cPanel's interview consisted of the customer service manager, along with three other employees, who neglected to identify themselves and their position within the company. The entire interview, the other employees were constantly typing on their laptops, while I was asked typical interview questions for this role. All persons seemed aloof. A week later, I received a four-paragraph e-mail from the customer service manager listing numerous reasons why they "may not" have chosen me. No idea of really why, especially since I have years of proven experience in customer service, technical support, and day-to-day operations. When I sent a response to perhaps obtain some interview feedback as to why I was not selected, I received no response. I left the interview feeling as if I just spent an hour with a bunch of techie snobs. I would not recommend this organization. As with most small businesses, they have no oversight regarding their talent acquisition best practices. Suggestion to those seeking employment: Take your skill set elsewhere.
