Avantages
It's very pleasant to work here, with much freedom to develop your own stuff. We can easily develop mutlidisciplinar collaborations. This place have a non-toxic environement and it's fun to wake up in the morning knowing what going on for the day.
Inconvénients
The structure of the company is a bit loose (after all it's still a start-up), so for people that need the corporate frame of work, it may feel a bit lost.
