Avantages
There were a lot of interesting accounts at Acclaro's, with consistent work. While some PMs did not always know what they were doing, they were generally nice and helpful. Rates were great and payment are always on time.
Inconvénients
Linguists are never kept in the loop. Everything happens behind closed doors, and we’re always presented with a fait accompli, without any say in the matter. They don't listen to the experts and aren't open to feedback. They’re now regularly asking for discounts and generally agree to everything their client says without pushing back. Of course, they’re going full AI and losing their top talent.
