Avantages
Work at your own pace. Your quality of work IS recognized by management and staff. Company car option makes it well worth it! Columbia treated us very well especially during Covid. Very open door policy.
Inconvénients
Yes, it IS tiring and can be mentally and physically draining. But ALSO much more rewarding. As far as the nurse that asked why couldn’t training be done virtually? No. HANDS ON is the only way complete training works. If you are not committed, please look elsewhere.
