A fast-paced, full-remote company with a strong culture of trust
Avantages
-Fully remote: that’s a huge plus! -Flexible hours: as long as you work your 8 hours a day, you're trusted to manage your own time - Supportive leadership: the CEO is genuinely nice and approachable. He cares about what the team thinks and actively involves us in decision-making. I feel like my voice really matters here - Hight trust and no micromanagement: the structure is flat, and we’re encouraged to take ownership, try new things, and make decisions independently -Fast-paced and efficient: things move quickly, decisions are made fast, communication is direct. Colleagues are also great to work with: helpful, friendly, and effective. -No corporate BS/politics: the focus is on outcomes and impact, which I really appreciate -Real impact: I can actually see the impact of what I do. The company literally grows as we grow, and we’re empowered to help shape its future as the CEO seeks out and values our input -Fair compensation: the salary is decent. It’s not the highest, but it’s fair considering the flexibility, autonomy, and overall work environment.
Inconvénients
-I do wish there were more benefits, like you'd get at a big corporate company but that's the trade-off with startups. Other than that I'm genuinely happy here
