Low base Swiss salary and overtime are not paid. Taking hours back is possible but the manager will make you feel bad about doing that.
If you want to quit they will call you constantly for a few days or come to see you, to question you (where you will go, do…) in order to find out what are your plans …
I had a manager who did verbal and written harassment and I complain to it to the director and HR and they did not do anything than just asking this person to apologize (he did his way in French next to them but they could not understand the whole conversation and also that he told me he is not sorry)
The oldest employee in their Swiss office is fake and malicious. Do not trust a word.
