      On développe des compétences pour encaisser et mieux parler, approcher les décideurs. On devient meilleur.

      Inconvénients

      Aucune vie perso car instabilité permanente dans l'activité et donc implication totale obligatoire même le week end. KPI ultra exigeants et pas le droit à l'erreur

      None to highlight given the current management and culture.

      Inconvénients

      The company lacks professionalism and integrity. The Milan office is led by a toxic manager who relies on lies and aggressive, unprincipled “street market” tactics—truly shameful. Toxic work culture with discrimination, harassment, and lack of diversity inclusion. The firm is facing serious ongoing legal cases related to unlawful behavior. Extremely long working hours with unrealistic expectations causing burnout. Micromanagement and poor leadership, with no accountability.
