Avantages
Bloomberg really does take care of its staff. From health coverage to co-investment in your retirement plan, to free pantry stuffed with everything you need, to they are making sure you don't worry about side issues and can focus on your work.
Inconvénients
Bloomberg is not for everyone - tough to get in, easy to get let go, impossible to come back if you are ever leaving (company policy). But it's probably the price for excellence. The clients love it (except the price) and it's really easy to engage and get additional business opportunities, because Bloomberg has a great reputation in the financial community.
