      Good compensation benefits, great people in the company overall

      Inconvénients

      Lack of sanctions towards people who orchestrate harassment. If you have good results, it's OK to harass people in this company. A good image on social network doesn't make a company that takes clear action against harassment at work. Communication isn't real life. Despite of several alerts meetings, nothing was done to protect a whole team against the horrendous attitude of a single manager... Bad experience + remote work was seen as a reward and not a flexibility :o
