Avantages
No time tracking so the unlimited PTO truly is unlimited, decent pay, work from home.
Inconvénients
No opportunity for advancement, so many people have been fired or left that the benefits package has degraded to worse than I've seen at small consulting firms. McKinsey fundamentally dictates anything and everything that goes on despite the fact that I cannot recall a single project of theirs that has made money or been successfully deployed in my 2 years there. The executive leadership team was clean swept last year to reset the company, however the new leadership is arguably more incompetent and cannot seem to understand the basic profit/loss metrics of their failing initiatives. If you say no or oppose the view of strategy consultants, whether it be for compliance concerns or basic business sense, you will likely be targeted and pushed out of the company. The company will probably be liquidated soon for the private equity owner's (Apollo) benefit, so be forewarned that any position you take here is on a sinking ship that will take you under in a relatively short period of time.
