      Good coaching, especially in the first few years - you really feel like you’re learning something valuable. The international environment is enriching, and the social life is amazing. People are motivated to do things together, explore the area, and share knowledge at work and beyond.

      Inconvénients

      Your experience can depend heavily on which team you end up in. Since you usually get only one type of contract per career, it can feel like luck determines your path. Internal mobility can be difficult, which may limit opportunities to explore other sections or teams.
