I do not recommend this company. The management style is extremely controlling, with constant micromanagement that leaves no room for autonomy or trust. Employees are closely monitored on minor details, creating a stressful and unproductive work environment. There is a clear lack of respect and professionalism. Public criticism and subtle forms of humiliation are not uncommon, which significantly impacts morale. Instead of fostering collaboration, the culture tends to single out individuals as scapegoats when issues arise. Recognition is practically nonexistent. Hard work and achievements go unnoticed, while mistakes are disproportionately highlighted. There are also no meaningful benefits to compensate for the negative atmosphere. Overall, the company lacks basic human consideration and support for its employees. The high turnover rate speaks for itself—people don’t stay long, and for good reason.
