Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Work is nice for the first few months. Pay is average. Nice benefits if you do more than 35 hours/week.
Inconvénients
The company clearly focuses less and less on their employee and their well being. You won’t get any real good feedback regarding your work. They expect you to do your work and be happy with your 0.50$/h raise once a year. They used to invest in « their people », but they don’t anymore.
