Avantages
Travel benefits are great. Employees get to enjoy traveling to all the destinations the airline offers (Seat Availability, of course). It's a young and vibrant atmosphere to work. Colleagues are friendly.
Inconvénients
Employees are terribly overworked. The demand for flight operations doesn't meet the workforce hence there's always a shortage of manpower. The company needs to compensate their employees more such as hazard pay, night differential pay and holiday pay. It also lacks a proper work-life balance schedule
