      Avantages

      Fast-paced and a lot to be done. Building the processes and improving the status quo regardless of your position in the company. Your voice is heard and ideas valued.

      Inconvénients

      Processes change regularly which is normal for a scale-up. I like this but not everyone does. The company’s short to mid term vision is not clear. A lot of funding but a sens the money is not used efficiently.
