      Avantages

      Ability to work with local teams to determine best work-hours with colleagues. I guess it could depend on who you come across, but my experience was brilliant with the team I worked with.

      Inconvénients

      Sector as a whole is undervalued considering the work, a lot of colleagues go above and beyond and this isn't always recognised.
