      A great human experience

      Avantages

      I joined Cream because of the human side, the desire to help people grow, and that’s something I felt soon after joining. How approachable everyone was, the time spent in the office, the Cream working… there was a really pleasant atmosphere. I was also lucky to have been assigned a mission that I enjoyed. Most of my time at Cream, I felt fully integrated into the company culture. I also really appreciated initiatives like Cream U, the events, and the mentoring program, which really help build connections. I keep good memories of Cream: a great consulting firm with a truly people-oriented culture.

      Inconvénients

      At times, especially after several departures among the management team, I felt a little more on my own in shaping my career path. I sometimes felt like I lacked guidance or clarity about what came next.

      Great experience at Cream

      Avantages

      I was drawn to the company’s young and dynamic atmosphere, combined with a solid structure and a mature approach to work. Great project opportunities and interesting clients that help us grow. You can also benefit from diverse internal trainings: Cream U, tribe workshops, training budget...

      Inconvénients

      Consulting can lack stability. Over time, my personal priorities have shifted, leading me to make a choice that prioritizes stability. But overall, I look back on it as a very positive experience.

      Avantages

      Équipe sympa, bon état d'esprit : curiosité, motivation, à l'écoute. Nombreux événements et formations sur des sujets variés (Data, UX/UI, gestion de projet, agilité, PNL, adhocratie...)

      Inconvénients

      Au quotidien en mission chez le client, l'ambiance n'est pas aussi dynamique que chez Cream.
