Don’t be fooled by the too many positive reviews written by HR or by lucky colleagues out-of-reality. It is a pity that in order to increase the rating of Debiopharm, they resort to add empty positive comments instead of doing the right things to improve the condition of employees and get real good feedback.
This family-owned company lacks long-term strategy, leadership and vision. Most of the management doesn’t care about employees.

Timelines are unrealistic from the start, CRO accept them because they, of course, want the contract.
Project objectives are constantly changing due to lack of planning and anticipation, with little (no) considerations for the extra work and stress on people that these constant changes have on them. Clinical Studies require anticipation and planning.
The turnover is high, many good people leaving or suddenly disappearing. The general atmosphere is changing and not for the better.
Too much attention is given to the people who make themselves visible to the detriment of the people actually doing their duty.
