Avantages
Working at Agip has been a very positive experience overall. The team was welcoming, and I had the opportunity to take on responsibilities early on. Management was approachable and open to feedback, which made the work environment motivating and collaborative. I also appreciated the focus on safety and operational excellence. A solid place to gain experience and grow professionally.
Inconvénients
My experience at Agip was mixed. While some colleagues were great to work with, the management structure was often unclear and communication between teams could be inconsistent. Workload could become heavy with little support, and opportunities for career progression felt limited. The company has potential, but improving organization and employee development would make a big difference.
