Avantages
Fountain has operated an impressive switch in the past two years. Going from a single product company for gig to a multi product company for a broader frontline market. This has opened a lot of opportunities for R&D and sales to innovate and grow. The R&D used to be split in two teams, which was detrimental to our speed but not anymore, which is great.
The pay is great and remote work is a thing.
Inconvénients
Everything moves reeeeeaaaally fast. Sometimes speed seems to be prefered to quality which puts pressure on the team.
