Avantages
Working at Fresh is an adventure! The brand was growing so fast during the last five years and everything is work in progress and full of opportunities. People are great! Every person is warm, nice and open to try new things. The leadership team works to define how to build the brand by leveraging the past and still driving what it takes to achieve the company future goals. It is not easy to adjust while growing but the essence of the brand and the core values are so unique and special; making all the difference. The new CEO is brining a lot of experience and a true vision for the brand.
Inconvénients
Like every company that was growing and constantly adjusting to the marketplace dynamics it is a bit messy and it requires some changes in establishing key processes and allocation of resources properly. Not yet a strong customer centric and insights driven approach. All the rest is absolutely great!

Avantages
Aucun avantage normalement 30 euros bon achat mensuel.. Toujours pas mes identifiants au bout de 8mois
Inconvénients
Des heures dans la limite du legal.... Un salaire net de misère 2665 brut ! Déjà beaucoup trop d'heures hebdo et en plus on vous demande de faire du 7/7...
