Avantages
The class changed from sales to PM. I have a lot of discretion and I have a lot of control. If there is a project, I have to answer phone calls from clients and related companies regardless of weekends. Even late at night.
Inconvénients
There is no longer any commission written in the contract since the head manager changed. Also, they are more reluctant than ever to pay out money. However, the head manager and the accountant who came from a different company do not reduce the salary at all, and they are trying their best to negotiate a pay cut or reduce the paid holidays.
