Avantages
Although not for everyone, Gelato is a fantastic place to learn and a great place to meet colleagues who are smart and eager to deliver. It's been some years since I left the company, but I frequently miss the tempo, the way the team delivers, and the team spirit. The culture is strong - but it's there to make sure everyone, and the company, succeeds. I learnt more in my years in Gelato than in any other job I have ever had.
Inconvénients
Contributing and delivering are required aspects of working at Gelato. If you are not ready to go the extra mile, or to constantly be willing to learn, this is not the place for you.
