There is no company or product strategy in place, and the constant changes are making it impossible to stay coherent in a client-facing role. The executive team has frequently changed appointments over the last years, and the changes appear to be based on personal relationships rather than professional criteria.
Double standards are important. Behaviours are "punished" or praised depending on who exhibits them. Often, the loudest person wins. There is a significant amount of bias in promotions. It's not a healthy environment.
There is a lack of transparency. People leave, and employees are not kept up to date, often learning about it through automatic replies or from a colleague. Managers are not proactively communicating in general, either because they lack information themselves or because it's not something they feel comfortable doing.
The workload is burnout-prone.
No career growth and no culture.
