Never worked a minute past 5 pm, which is life-changing. Work could seem basic at times but that's fine, rarely any kind of a manic rush and you shouldn't end up with a line manager breathing down your neck ever either.
Inconvénients
Middle-maangement was needlessly complex a lot of the time when something was needed but eventually they'd normally do it for you.
