The salary they offer to you is not enough to cover the stress you will be expieriencing there. Constantly sinking company with endless lay offs without any reason - just a sudden call saying we don't need you anymore. Even if you succeed - this means nothing. Quotas are not reached, a lot of pressure on sales people. Phrases as "if you can't do your work, we will find somebody, who can", or "if you want a promotion, you need to start doing that job besides your current responsibilities in oder to show us that you can do it" - are normal. This year the executive level has been changed and new folks are firing oldies and taking on bord newbies only from their network. Uncompetent management knowing nothing about IoT space and still trying to act as an easy-to-sell-and-deploy product. Constant mistakes in the payroll, always need to keep on eye on your salary and control everything. People faking pipeline getting promoted and whose you do their best job deserve being fired for nothing. Absolutely toxic company, the worst I've ever seen. Please search for something else, don't accept their offer.
