Attractive salary, but many drawbacks

The only advantage is the salary, which is competitive compared to the market.
Inconvénients
The atmosphere in the security and CV teams are very poor, making daily work difficult. Managers lack essential skills and spend their time criticizing employees rather than supporting them. There is enormous pressure to achieve results, creating a stressful and unfulfilling work environment. There are no opportunities for professional development. The positions are advertised as "Researchers in NLP or CV," but in reality, researchers spend most of their time doing anything but research. Most researchers, especially those coming from the UK, don't stay for more than a year (usually between one month and one year) because the environment is very bad. Final Recommendation: Despite the high salary, I strongly advise against joining this company.
