Incredible technology Very good products and projects unfortunately put in the wrong people's hand...
Inconvénients
Very poor leadership, lack of vision, ego driven company 0 investment in their real, true and only capital aka their human capital Low salary scheme, overwork leading to burnouts ... The cocktail of (potential) failure?

Avantages
Despite a challenging environment and a massive growth over the past months, we have manage to maintain a beautiful team spirit. We feel also lucky to work with a great team of highly skilled people, always willing to give their best. We feel part of it with Employee Stock Option Plan, happy to enjoy our additional paid leave (26 days) and additional savings on pension plan.
Inconvénients
As often, Compensation & Benefits takes time to be 100% aligned with the market but we have other advantage which compensate greatly an eventual compensation gap.
