Sound corporate culture. Employees and clients are equally important and the center of all. No slackers - everyone wants to achieve and helps his fellow employee to achive as well. Managers are serving the employees not the other way around. Inspiring, hardworking engineers loving tecnology. Dedicated project managers caring for their teams. Always looking for new difficult things to do. Achievemnts all over the place, every day.
Inconvénients
Once you get used to this productive and forward looking culture/environment it gets difficult to like another company culture. You may want to stay at INDEAVR until retirement. I know I would.
