Upper Management and Accounting Department are Bad People

There is nothing good to say about this company. It sucks.
Inconvénients
They sit you at a desk in an office with poor air conditioning they tell you to make calls but give you no leads and they complain that you are not making any calls. Now when they do give you leads which is rarely you make the calls get sales, but you constantly have to be reminding them to pay you your commission if you don't remind them they will steal your hard earned money. The company is garbage the products they sell are garbage and upper management along with the accounting department is garbage. Independent Living Systems is garbage it sucks do not work for this company. ILS is garbage as they make most of their money off of the American taxpayers billing the medicare and medicaid.
