Avantages
During interviews, companies often focus on their reputation and financial stability. However, once you’re hired, they seem to be struggling financially. It’s frustrating when they mention benefits, but the response is always vague, like, “You’ll see the benefits.”
Inconvénients
There are a few things to keep in mind when considering working for this company. First, the salary is not stable due to exchange rates, and there’s no guaranteed amount when the exchange rate drops. Sometimes, we have to work until midnight without transportation or food allowance. They’re posting hybrid work positions, but they’re still on-site. Some of the managers who’ve been with the company for a long time can fire anyone at any time without any reason. And there’s one HR lady in the Colombo office who’s really toxic and doesn’t know how to handle situations. I will really give 0 star for this company but at least I have to choose 1 that's too bad.
