Avantages
- Some interesting projects - Nice people - Great travel opportunities in some positions
Inconvénients
- Relatively low salaries for Paris, need to beg for a pay increase or worst, a promotion, with extremely opaque processes ; - The direction is terrible at HR/internal communication (and mostly absent from the Paris office), leading to extremely frustrating situations ; - A culture where every employee has to do everything and be involved in every aspects of the work, even when it absolutely does not relate to their job specs ; - Complete lack of mental health support or perks ; - Overall vibe is that you should be grateful for being here and being part of the mission, as you'll get little more from this.
