First off it's the people that make Laminar truly great. Everyone makes time to help out or provide solutions to problems and it creates a fantastic support network. The experiences of everyone in the team are vast and varied so you are constantly learning from those around you and Laminar is particularly good at knowledge sharing. There is a drive to create a flexible working environment to suit individuals (within reason) and with a key focus on ensuring the team are happy and comfortable to feedback any improvements. I also really believe that the management care strongly about every individual person and there is a lot of emphasis along incorporating personal development objectives alongside providing a great service to clients.
