Interesting role, but many periods of stress and organizational changes
Avantages
At least at the beginning we were trusted and given room to experiment, which is was motivating. The atmosphere with colleagues is generally good, with a strong sense of team spirit and good humor — especially at the time of the merger between the two companies. Workload was reasonable during the first years, even if always more performance is expected.
Inconvénients
The merger created a lot of instability, and there have been two rounds of layoffs over the past three years. This has damaged the overall atmosphere and taken a mental and emotional toll on many employees for some time. Frequent internal reorganizations and some questionable strategic decisions have led to multiple steps backwards, which has been frustrating and many of the past advantages have lost their substance.
