Avantages
Fully work from home, at least in the team I was in. WFH allowance. Great teammates
Inconvénients
micromanagement, terrible communication, no trust in the team, flashy communications about how much money the company makes but dwindling advantages for staff, very little perspective for move unless you want to manage (sorry, not everyone can be a manager), managers have no training. Tolerance for sexism, racism, anti-Traveller discrimination even coming from managers. Your contract could be terminated within 2 weeks' notice at any time and they don't really try to put you elsewhere, regardless of seniority
