If you’ve been offered a Market Research Associate or Senior Associate role here, run in the opposite direction. This role is ALWAYS open because people keep quitting. You won’t be valued, promoted or appreciated, except with fake praises that mean nothing. And if you’re hoping for a raise, forget it, no matter how hard you work. Management and HR are masters at lying about appraisals. If you’re a fresher, it’s even worse. You’ll constantly be told you’re “very young and doing great” — that’s code for: we won’t pay you more or promote you, but thanks for working overtime. The only good thing was our immediate manager who genuinely tried to support us. But even she has lost the will to fight for the team, because the higher-ups just don’t care.
