Avantages
On the positive side, the work-life balance here is reasonable. Flexible hours and the option for remote work help take the edge off, especially during these challenging times. The colleagues are genuinely friendly, and it's been a relief to have a supportive group around, given the uncertainties we've faced.
Inconvénients
The lack of a clear vision and strategy is something that's hard to ignore. It's like trying to drive in heavy fog – you can't quite see where you're going, and it's frustrating for everyone involved. The recent layoffs were a tough blow. It's disappointing to see some of the most capable and dedicated colleagues shown the door. It's left those of us who remain with a lot of extra weight on our shoulders.
