There are No benefits at all.
Inconvénients
Most toxic inhuman culture. They will hire you on certain package and then just before probation, they will say "we are decreasing your salary and increasing your probation period". Once you clear your probabation, they will force you to accept at low salary by saying "take it or leave it". They have timer to make sure you don't spend 1 min extra in lunch. No data security, anyone can access your system without your permission. They treat you like a slave.
