      Avantages

      I have a great opportunity to improve my English proficiency. I work with native English speaker, and I also teach French to the crew which is amazing because technically French is my second language.

      Inconvénients

      I do not really have any comment on this right now.

      Avantages

      Dedicated staff that have been there for years. Unique business model with expert volunteers onboard the ships.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of directions. Work in silos, no coordination, many overlaps, delays in programme delivery, etc...
