      Avantages

      -gym, home office, company car at Section Manager Level, canteen meal paid half by Nissan

      Inconvénients

      - low salaries with no salary increase, flat career, no cultural diversity at executive level (mainly driven by french Managers), high push for women career for gender equality which block male potential growth in the copmany, high turnover, HR direction not transparent and not supportive towards employees. Company is slowly sinking and employees are slowly leaving the boat.

      Avantages

      There are no advantages. Due to financial situation our salaries are frozen. There is no bonus.

      Inconvénients

      I am working as part of Energy services department. The director is only concerned with his agenda. We are constantly pushed with unrealistic targets. If we are waiting on another department to provide input we are instructed to harass them until we have answer. At one point we were instructed to send messages non stop to legal department. My manager expects me to work overtime and be connected during holidays. I receive no extra compensation.

      - Low pay for the stress you get - Expensive Cantine - Very political -Not learning from mistakes organization
