Avantages
Afterworks and possibility to work remotely
Inconvénients
Constant micromanagement, lack of trust, toxic management, and a lack of humanity made it hard to feel valued. Salaries and expenses were often delayed, requiring repeated follow-ups. Communication and organization were poor, objectives were unclear, and the workload was very high. Selling unrealistic KPIs added pressure on us, and the longer you stay, the more it feels like the learning curve stops. This style of management seems to be their business model and is unlikely to change. Turnover is very high, and people rarely stay. There is no opportunity for growth, but the company may work as an entry point for someone without prior experience to gain basic sales or marketing skills
