Avantages
None, except the very few friendly people.
Inconvénients
- Weak company culture: they claim "inclusion and equality" but doesn't provide real opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds/culture internally- this is so fake. - Very low pay for amount of work - No benefits: company offers no meaningful benefits to its staff. - Poor management: the leadership including the CEO, lacks effective guidance and decision-making, leading to low morale.
