Avantages
Very good team spirit, HR leadership is also very people-focused and the projects are very interesting. Fast growing company offering opportunities to be very involved. Super colleagues, and great diversity (background, gender, age!)
Inconvénients
Still some organisational and management challenges, due to fast growth and demanding customers leading high pressure in some cases. Salary Ok, benefits could be better, I know they are working on it.
