The office looks modern and they plan to launch an even bigger one
Inconvénients
Analysts and interns are treated very badly. A lot of them drop after 1-2 years because of the toxic culture. A lot of micro-managing, no opportunities to move between the teams, long hours, very hierarchical. No psychological safety - speaking out is discouraged by management. Vengeful, authoritarian, unapproachable, hierarchical and inflexible members of management. HR is publishing fake reviews just to increase the overall rating of the firm. Run away from the healthcare team!!!!
