Avantages
The only real advantage of working at this company is the ability to work remotely.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, the experience at this company was quite disappointing. Management lacks direction and consistency, and decisions are often made without clear communication or consideration for employees. Despite promoting a culture of “care” and “well-being,” the C-level, management and HR teams do not demonstrate genuine goodwill and kindness or support in practice. Additionally, the company offers no employee benefits, which further impacts motivation and overall satisfaction. Overall, this is not an environment I would recommend for those seeking strong leadership, authentic values, or a supportive workplace.
