Avantages
- No single-tasking, the firm invests in your growth and challenges you to work through all the phases of a project - Very international and enriching environment - A lot of side cultural and social activities that allow you to meet your coworkers and create strong bonds - Very talented people to learn from - Much less egocentric profiles than in other architecture firms I have worked in, more accessible people
Inconvénients
- Communication still works in a hierarchic way; which is hard to grasp and difficult to get through specially at the beginning - Depending on the group and project you are assigned to; the load of work can be overwhelming and communication can be difficult
