      Avantages

      People are really nice, there is that "family run" vibe and it's a company that truly cares about its employees. Summer hours are great (4 days week if you choose to)

      Inconvénients

      well.. the "family run" aspect can be a problem! but it tends to change and SOCAN is , maybe a bit slowly, but surely transforming itself for the better.
